Skills/Requirements
| | | Requires valid Arizona Registered Nursing License. One year experience in the behavioral health field a must.
Positions are open until filled. Applicants must be 21 years of age for Clinical and Residential positions and must be 25 years old to transport. Persons working in some service areas are fingerprinted and must receive clearance. Upon hire, 'all' jobs require an Arizona Motor Vehicle Report and proof of liability insurance. | | |

Salary is DOE. Benefits apply only for FT employee. 3 weeks personal leave time, time increases by a week at beginning of 2nd, 5th, and 10th yrs. Catastrophic Leave Time. Free Life Insurance (valued at your annualized pay). Free Long term Disability: Pays 60% of salary, after 6 months of disability, until retirement. 403 (b) plan with employer contribution of 2% of salary additional 2% of salary every two years at LFC until reaching 10% of salary after 8 years.
